Payments, Refunds & Payment Defaults
PAYMENT POLICY
Regardless of the payment option you choose, it is important to note that all program fees must be paid in full two weeks prior to the program start date. If you are within the two weeks of registering for the program, you will be prompt to pay in full at the time of registration. We believe in providing a fair and transparent payment process to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for all our students. This policy allows us to effectively prepare for your arrival and allocate the necessary resources to deliver an exceptional educational program. We encourage you to plan ahead and make timely payments to secure your spot and avoid any last-minute complications. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the payment process or need assistance, our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way.
REFUND POLICY
All programs are nonrefundable. A deposit is due at the time of registration. If after you have made a deposit and/or payments on a program and you are unable to pay the balance by the due date or unable to attend the program, your registration for that program will be cancelled, however you will have the option to register for the next offered same program with the deposit and/or the amount you have already paid.
Note: If you are unable to attend the next offered same program, your deposit and/or monies paid will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
PAYMENT DEFAULT
In the event your card fails to be charged for a given installment (and the payment has lapsed for seven days), your registration is considered overdue. At that point, your registration will be temporarily cancelled until payment is updated. If after you have made a deposit and/or payments on a program and you are unable to pay the balance by the due date or unable to attend the program, your registration for that program will be cancelled, however you will have the option to register for the next offered same program with the deposit and/or the amount you have already paid.

Payment Options
PAY IN FULL
By choosing to pay in full, you can streamline your payment process and focus on your studies without the worry of weekly installments. This option allows you to take full advantage of our comprehensive program, knowing that your financial commitment is already taken care of.
AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS
We offer you the convenience and flexibility of automatic payments. We understand that managing payments can be time-consuming, so we've designed our system to make it effortless for you.
By choosing automatic payments, you will authorize us to deduct the agreed-upon amount from your preferred payment method on a weekly or biweekly basis (frequency depends on the amount of the program). This ensures that your payments are made consistently and on time without any effort on your part.
Note: The frequency and amount is shown at time of registration.
PAY YOUR WAY
When you register for one of our programs ahead of time, you have the opportunity to establish a payment plan that suits your financial situation. Once you've completed your registration and paid a nonrefundable deposit, we will promptly email you an invoice in which you are able to pay according to your set plan.
Note: Your invoice must be paid in full by two weeks before program start date. If your invoice is not paid in full, your registration could be cancelled and any monies paid will be forfeited.
Scrubs/Uniforms

We have a very limited selection of sizes that ranges from XS to Med. Unisex, Tops and Bottom.
Call us for more details and inventory.
You may choose to buy your scrubs from any uniform store you choose. Be sure to note the required colors for each program.
