LLH School of Phlebotomy & Healthcare Technicians is excited to offer our 3-Week Phlebotomy Technician Accelerated Program for motivated students who are ready to learn, practice, and prepare for their next step in healthcare at a faster pace.

This is not a shortened curriculum. Students receive the same structured 90 hours of Phlebotomy Technician training, condensed into an intensive three-week schedule.

No prior phlebotomy experience is required.

Our Accelerated Phlebotomy Technician Program is designed for students who are comfortable learning at a faster pace and are able to commit to an intensive weekday schedule.

This program may be a great fit for new students beginning their phlebotomy journey, previous phlebotomy students who want additional training, healthcare professionals who want to strengthen their blood-draw skills, individuals returning to phlebotomy after time away from the field, and those who want additional preparation before pursuing national certification.

Whether this is your first introduction to phlebotomy or an opportunity to strengthen skills you've learned before, students complete the same structured training requirements of our Phlebotomy Technician curriculum.

There are no shortcuts in your training—only a faster schedule.

Students' progress from the foundations of phlebotomy into hands-on blood collection and specimen handling. Training includes professional and legal responsibilities, infection control and safety, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, the circulatory system, blood collection equipment, tube additives, order of draw, venipuncture procedures, capillary puncture, preanalytical considerations, special collections, point-of-care testing, specimen handling and processing, nonblood specimens, arterial collection concepts, and more.

Students also participate in hands-on skills training and blood-draw practice designed to build confidence and prepare them for real-world patient collection.

Sometimes you're ready to start your healthcare journey, but a traditional program schedule doesn't fit your timeline.

Our accelerated option allows qualified and motivated learners to complete their training in just 3 weeks while maintaining the program's structured 90-hour curriculum.

You'll move quickly from classroom concepts to hands-on application, giving you an opportunity to learn it, practice it, and apply it while the information is still fresh.

Accelerated doesn't mean easier.

Students should expect a fast-paced learning environment and must be prepared to attend class Monday through Friday, remain engaged throughout the full instructional day, complete assignments and study outside of class, practice hands-on skills, prepare for quizzes and examinations, and demonstrate required competencies.

Because material that is normally taught over a longer period is condensed into three weeks, attendance and commitment are extremely important.

You do not need previous phlebotomy training or experience to enroll in the accelerated program.

If you're a fast learner, can commit to the intensive schedule, and are ready to put in the work, this program provides the structured education and hands-on training you need to begin developing your phlebotomy skills.

This program may also be an excellent option if you've previously completed phlebotomy training, have healthcare experience, have been away from blood collection for a period of time, or simply want additional hands-on practice and certification preparation.

You'll have an opportunity to strengthen your knowledge, rebuild confidence, practice blood-draw techniques, and prepare for national certification without enrolling in a program that takes several months to complete.

Certification preparation is incorporated into the accelerated program, and the national certification examination is included in tuition.

Students must successfully complete LLH program requirements and meet applicable certification eligibility requirements before sitting for the examination.

Completion of the LLH training program does not itself guarantee national certification. Students must successfully pass the applicable national certification examination to earn certification.
